You may return a product within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect or fault unrelated to misuse.
- Receiving a product different from the one ordered.
Conditions:
- Product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Excluded: opened perfumes/incense, and custom-built boxes manufactured to order.
- Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
